We seek multiple recruiters to join our team, with roles available for both senior and junior levels. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in our recruitment strategy, focusing on efficiently managing job postings, engaging with applicants, and conducting initial interviews. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in recruitment or human resources, particularly those skilled in utilizing various job posting and candidate sourcing platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
Extensive recruitment or HR experience, including talent acquisition on both local and international levels
Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates through psychometric assessments
Demonstrated ability to utilize various recruitment platforms effectively, including LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and OnlineJob.ph
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with team members
Preferred Qualifications
A track record of developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
Exceptional networking skills, especially in utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment outreach
Ability to operate efficiently under strict deadlines and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
A strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring readiness for future hiring needs
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead recruitment drives by posting and managing job ads across various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and OnlineJob.ph
Conduct initial interviews and psychometric evaluations to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company needs
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specifics of each role and to ensure targeted recruitment efforts
