Initiate your search with for a $500 CAD deposit, which will be applied to our recruitment fee upon successful placement. We charge a competitive 30% finder's fee based on the first-year salary of the candidate you hire. For instance, hiring a professional at a monthly salary of $1,000 CAD (annual salary $12,000 CAD) would result in a fee of $3,600 CAD. This fee is a one-time charge for each successful hire, ensuring long-term value.

Referral Discounts for Existing Clients:
We offer a referral discount program to our existing clients. For every new client referred to us, the referring client receives a 10% discount on their next service fee with us. This program is our way of thanking our clients for their trust and support.

Volume Discount for Multiple Hires:
To facilitate the growth of your team, we provide a volume discount on multiple hires. When you engage our services for a second hire within the same year as your initial hire, the fee for the second placement will be reduced by 50% of our standard rate.

Our 90-day guarantee underscores our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. If a new hire does not meet your expectations within the first 90 days, we will conduct a second recruitment at no additional charge.​
