Position Overview
We are recruting a Psychiatrist for Inpatient Adult Services, also with the capacity to support older adult and adolescent programs. This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, and the application of evidence-based practices to support recovery and mental wellness.

Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with diverse patient populations, including adults, older adults, and adolescents. Expertise in managing co-occurring disorders and sub-acute medical conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adult inpatients, with potential involvement in adolescent and older adult services. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Manage co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, as well as sub-acute medical comorbidities. Engage in the hospital's PHP as needed. Uphold the guiding principles of collaboration, compassion, and respect in all patient interactions.
