Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with the diverse patient population in Laredo, TX
Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, patient care, and outcomes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, critical for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare professionals
A proactive approach to practice building and community health improvement
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists
Contribute to the growth and development of the physical medicine and rehabilitation services
