Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of residency in General Surgery and fellowship in Pediatric Surgery.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery.
Eligibility for Texas medical licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven excellence in pediatric surgical care and patient management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enhancing teamwork and patient relations.
A passion for community health improvement and the advancement of pediatric surgery.
Experience in developing or contributing to pediatric surgical programs is highly regarded.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatricians, family doctors, and other specialists to provide coordinated care.
Contribute to the growth and development of pediatric surgical services and programs within the health system.
