Position Overview
The facility is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to manage an increased patient volume and contribute to the expansion of the Otolaryngology department. This employed position offers the chance to work alongside an established ENT in a setting where a significant percentage of patient cases are currently going out of the community, guaranteeing a robust start-up for the new practice.

Our client's facility is a 229-bed hospital located in Enid, OK. It stands as a primary healthcare provider for a 10-county area, serving a population of approximately 200,000 people. The hospital is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and is equipped with modern facilities to support a wide range of healthcare services, including Nephrology.
Minimum Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Oklahoma.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with rhinoplasties/facial plastics
Demonstrated ability to start up and develop a new practice.
Commitment to providing comprehensive ENT services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform all general ENT procedures.
Contribute to the growth and development of the ENT department.
Provide high-quality care to patients within the community, reducing the need for out-of-community referrals.
