Position Overview
Our client, is assisting an esteemed Orthopaedic group in adding a full-time Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to their team, serving the vibrant communities of McAllen and Edinburg, TX. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to build an elective practice in a region known for its significant growth, robust economy, and substantial demand for specialized orthopaedic care.

Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completed residency in Orthopaedic Surgery, with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Eligible for medical licensure in Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in foot and ankle orthopaedic conditions and treatments.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both patients and colleagues.
A proactive approach to practice building and community engagement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orthopaedic care with a focus on foot and ankle surgery.
Participate in General Ortho Call as part of the group's collaborative care model.
Develop and expand an elective practice tailored to the needs of the community.
Work closely with a team of orthopaedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
