Position Overview
Full-Time, Employed position. Seeking an experienced psychiatrist for a leadership role. Mon-Fri work schedule with 1:4 weekend call. In-patient case load minimum of 16/day. No tele-psychiatry or split schedule.

A 120-bed facility that opened in December 2021, located in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis, focuses on inpatient psychiatric care.
Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license in the state of Wisconsin or ability to quickly obtain. Demonstrated leadership experience in psychiatric settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Medical Director or in a similar leadership role. Strong preference for candidates already licensed in Wisconsin and able to
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee psychiatric services, including rounding, admissions, treatment team participation, discharge summaries, medication management, and call rotation. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with hospital policies and standards.
