Position Overview
Full-time, employed position. Adult & older Adolescent caseload. Monday-Friday work schedule – at least 32 hours/week of on-site work is required. No tele-psychiatry.

Our client is located in Chicago, IL, focusing on inpatient psychiatric care with a special interest in dual diagnosis.
Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license in the state of Illinois or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in treating dual diagnosis. Interest in working with both general psychiatry and child/adolescent populations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct rounding, perform admissions, participate in treatment team meetings, prepare discharge summaries, manage medications, participate in call rotation.
