Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, with a willingness to enhance these skills
Preferred Qualifications
Real estate experience, especially familiarity with platforms like Yardi
Experience in marketing/sales, with skills in lead generation and client follow-up
Previous experience with job and candidate sourcing platforms
A basic understanding of sales and lead generation, alongside a willingness to engage in business development strategies
Prepared for remote work with knowledge of essential digital tools and platforms
Duties & Responsibilities
Flexibly manage tasks including graphic design, email handling, appointment scheduling, and lead generation
Adapt to varying workloads, with potential for periods of intensive activity
Utilize digital tools and platforms such as Canva, Gmail, Excel, Word, Wix, and CapCut for content creation, communication management, and support of marketing and sales activities
Leverage job and candidate sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn for recruitment and networking
Support property management tasks and internal operations coordination
