Position Overview
Full-time faculty position in the Department of Ophthalmology, focusing on delivering excellent patient care, teaching residents and medical students, and conducting high-quality research in Comprehensive/Cataract Ophthalmology.

Minimum Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology, fellowship-trained in Comprehensive/Cataract, eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia by the time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated Experience in advanced cataract Surgery techniques and technologies. - Proven track record of academic contributions, such as publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national or international conferences. - Experience in resident and medical student education. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on collaborative work and professional growth within a multidisciplinary team.
