Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to our business development efforts, focusing on handling initial discovery calls, generating leads, responding to job posts, and effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to identify and understand client needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in lead generation and managing client relationships
Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and grasp client requirements
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the remote staffing or HR solutions industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Knowledge of CRM tools and database management
A track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to assess their staffing needs and how Kananaskis Connect can meet those needs
Actively generate leads by reaching out directly to prospective companies and responding to relevant job postings
Clearly and effectively communicate the services and value offered by Kananaskis Connect to prospective clients
Maintain and update a client database with contact details and notes on interactions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of client outreach strategies
