Position Overview
Full-time inpatient work in the Detox Unit. Monday-Friday work schedule, no telepsych.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Valid and active medical license in the state of Utah or eligibility to obtain. Strong clinical skills in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in detoxification and substance abuse treatment. Strong interest in addiction psychiatry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily rounds in the Detox Unit. Perform admissions and evaluate patients upon entry. Participate in treatment team meetings. Prepare discharge summaries. Manage patient medications effectively. Participate in the call rotation schedule.
